Q. What time is check in?
A. 3 pm.
Q. What time is check out?
A. 12 noon.
Q. Do you allow late check outs?
A. Based on availability up to 2pm, no charge. You can extend for a day rate of $89 up until 5pm.
Q. What method of payments do you accept?
A. Credit Cards AX, MC, VS, All major CC, Direct Billing available for groups and catering. For more information contact the sales department email@example.com or 613-744-1060.
Q. Do you allow pets?
A. Due to allergies, we do not, however an exception is made though for Working Dogs.
Q. Do you have accessible rooms?
A. Yes, please request at time of reservation, all public areas and meeting facilities are accessible.
Q. What is the minimum age requirement to rent a room?
A. 19 years old with proper identification.
Q. Do you allow outside catering for meetings or events?
A. No, However we can customize most menus to requirements.
Q. How many people can I have in my room? Is there an extra charge?
A. Rates are based on single/double occupancy. Additional guests 13 yr or older $15 charge, max occupancy is 4 people.
Q. Do you have smoking rooms?
A. The Chimo Ottawa is 100% smoke free. Ontario law prohibits smoking in public areas including restaurants and banquet rooms.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. 4:00 PM the day prior to arrival for individual reservations. Groups based on the contracting agreement. Please contact the sales department for more information regarding group cancellation policy.
Q. Do you provide cribs, cots or rollaway beds?
A. Yes, Our Silver rooms and Suites have Hida Beds we also have play pens. High chairs and booster seats are available in our restaurant. The Chimo Hotel Ottawa is proud member of is approved by Child & Youth Friendly Ottawa. Rollaway beds are available at a charge of $15 per night, but for saftey reason, cannot not be provided in a room that has two queen sized beds.
Q. Do you have special rates for AAA or Seniors?
A. Yes. Please request at time of reservation and present your CAA/AAA card or CARR/AARP upon check in.
Q. Do you have on-site parking?
A. Yes, Parking is complimentary for all guests.
Q. Do you have a restaurant and lounge?
Quincy Restaurant is open from 6:30 am to 10:30 am Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 11:00 am on Saturday & Sunday.
Clancy’s Pub and Eatery is open for Dinner from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm (kitchen closes at 9:30pm) 7 days a week.
Q. Do you have pool?
A. Yes, the pool is open 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The area also includes a Sauna
Q. Do you have a fitness centre?
A. Yes, the fitness centre is available to guests 7 days a week from 6:00 am - 10:00 pm, Guests staying on the Gold Floor have access to a private fitness centre located on that floor, from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.

A. Yes – two work stations, printing for free, board room table for 8 people, arrange through the front desk for photocopy faxing etc… contact guest services for complete details.
